Our real estate property conveyance package of services consists of:

• a comprehensive check of the rights of the seller;
• consultation in technical and regulation matters – building status, density, restrictions etc
• preparation of preliminary contract;
• assistance in the payment;
• preparation of title deeds and representation in front of the notary’s procedure;
• tax registration of the property on the name of the new owner;

The price of our property transfer package of services is 1% from the price of the property but not less than 500 euro.
