Perhaps old as trade itself, hand in hand approach of learning and working occurs to be reinvented by Bulgarian companies. Especially  in the recent years. And since academic structure happens to be slow and clumsy regarding alterations of perspective, the change was galvanised by the trade. Lots of Bulgarian companies – actually whole branches, constantly complain about the lack of trained employees. Many already made at least one move beyond complaining and started educating their future personnel. Some rely on state’s support, other exclude such option and go by own means of needs and knowledge.
